A broader and stronger circle of social contribution was formed on December 9, 2021, by the “Thyateira Association” and “All Together We Can” by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation – a milestone to begin to carry out long-term work together with a focus on people and Hellenism. The President of the Thyateira Union, Mr. George Papagiannopoulos, and the President of the Together We Can, Mr. Ioannis Spanolios, signed this initiative yesterday.

Mr. Papagiannopoulos, accompanied by the founding member of the Association, Ms. Sofia Efstratiou, and the Protopresbyter Father Nikolas Alexandris, a member of the Board of Directors, also handed over to Mr. Ioannis Spanolios a check for 5,244 euros, an amount that was allocated for the needs of the Together We Can program from the total proceeds of the concert “Marinella – Marios Frangoulis” at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus last September. The great success of this concert gave the Thyateira Association the opportunity to support the fire victims in North Evia with health material worth 3,600 euros and with the significant amount of 30,000 euros, which were delivered last week to His Eminence Metropolitan of Chalkida, Mr. Chrysostomos, in favor of the special fire victims account of the General Philoptochos Fund of the Holy Monastery of Chalkida.
